Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Mac Glassware. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, the item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Customers must also be able to provide sufficient proof of purchase.

To lodge a return, please email us at support@macglassware.com.au. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with an Australian return address. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We will process refunds within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. The exact time it takes for the funds to reach your account will depend on your bank.

If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Simply email us images of the damaged product and its packaging within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we do not accept returns on customised items, gift cards, or store credits of any kind.
