Breakage Policy

At Mac Glassware, we take great care in packaging every order so it arrives safely at your door. Each glass is carefully wrapped and boxed to protect it during transit. However, sometimes accidents can happen, and glassware can arrive damaged no matter how well its packed.

If your order does arrive broken, we’ve got you covered. Simply email us at support@macglassware.com.au with clear images of the damaged item(s) and the packaging they arrived in within 5 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your email, we will arrange a replacement to be sent out for you free of charge.

Our goal is to make sure you receive what you pay for, in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
